Exciting news! After months of waiting, Rafferty Baker and, Matthew J. Van Deventer are getting ready to release their documentary on Occupy Vancouver! These guys were on-site at the Vancouver Art Gallery throughout the occupation, and got what is probably the most comprehensive set of video of the event. Their website indicates they will release …

If you read the article I posted on last week’s Vancouver Casseroles march you will find this video amusing. Notice how it says that last week’s marchers were “unexpectedly” put into custody. This is such a complete lie! As the video I posted yesterday clearly proves, the police gave ample warning to the demonstrators to …

Back in December, David Eby tweeted his first mention of BC’s new police watchdog- the Independent Investigations Office of British Columbia (IIOBC). I called David on this, questioning if he was being a bit catty in the way he used the word ‘flattering’. After all, David’s BC Civil Liberties Association (BCCLA) sees itself often doing the …

Trying to keep up-to-date on the shenanigans of Vancouver Cop Watch (VCW), I checked out their Facebook a couple of hours ago- and, wow, was I ever surprised to see what they had posted! It seems that I found evidence of a crime- an employee of Aldergrove Neighborhood Services made an illegal criminal record check …

Most people agree that something doesn’t seem right about the DTES Missing Women’s Inquiry. All of the focus has been on Robert Pickton, a man with an IQ of 86, who conveniently owned a pig farm. Yet, there has been little discussion of the elephant in the room- that Pickton lived across the street from an …

And, who is this woman, and where did she come from? She seemed to be rather elusive when asked…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8aMgZX7dAJA?rel=0 A good friend told me about Paul Caune recently. She said he was a courageous man who has been fighting against the system for many years now, and could possibly provide me with advice on how to deal with my complaint against Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), and the malpractice of one of their staff. …
