I get a lot of crazy comments from the lefties- by far, they have been out crazying the people on the right. Today, on a anti-salmon farming Facebook page, I got on of the craziest of the crazy comments- somehow, in a discussion about the effects of Fukushima on salmon farming, someone spun the debate into gender politics. Who would have imagined!

Will fish farming be the salmon’s demise or its saviour?
Salmon farming is one of the more controversial issues on Canada’s west coast. As with many environmental controversies our country’s sovereignty is being toyed with- at least, that’s the belief of many. Millions of dollars are invested in both pro and anti salmon farming public relations initiatives. But, considering that Fukushima is poisoning the Pacific ocan- why bother any longer?

The Stó:lō fish story is becoming more wild each day- each day it progresses it seems to me that we are observing an abuse of our court system. Each day also brings us more information that shows how incredibly biased and/or incompetent PressTV’s and Joshua Blakeney’s reporting really is.

Hungarian Roma…
There has been a lot of controversy lately about Immigration Minister Jason Kenny’s plans to change benefits for refugee claimants. One of the most prominent (and largest) groups of refugees the past few years have been Hungarian Roma, so they are a big part of the debate.
