Back in 2007, in Montebello, the Quebec Provincial Police were busted. Some observant demonstrators at the Security and Prosperity Partnership meeting realized there were a number of Black Bloc there who looked suspiciously like police officers- some were carrying rocks and trying to get the crowd to engage in violence.
